Born from a deep sense of feeling homesick and a longing to bring the taste of our homeland to our kitchen, Al Bedouin was formed within the confines of a small Houston apartment. Through countless voice notes with our grandmother and endless experimentation with different peppers, we pursued one ultimate goal: crafting the most authentic recipe possible. 

Al Bedouin reflects the journey of a NASA engineer turned Shatta connoisseur, it’s a celebration of our heritage and the many Arabian families who have mastered this timeless recipe over centuries.

Passed down from our grandmother, Al Bedouin brings the love of spice from the heat of the Arabian desert straight to your kitchen. Our dream is to let you experience one of the world’s oldest chilli recipes in its purest and most natural form.
