Red Habanero

Crafted in the heart of the Arabian desert, Shatta traces its roots almost 600 years ago. Inherited by my grandmother, our recipe is inspired by traditional preservation techniques that rely on the natural sugars within sun-ripened Habanero peppers to ferment.

Blended from the freshest of peppers alongside sea salt and topped with the highest quality of extra virgin olive oil. Our recipe delivers the purest form of any Shatta. Smokey, rich, deep and complex, all of these tasting notes are what gives our Shatta its unique flavour.
